To help us understand more about the person behind the application, please share your passions, values, and visions for your career when answering the following question (500 words or less):
“Why do you want to be a Fellow in the Cleveland NeuroDesign Fellowship, and what do you intend to do with your training after completing the program?”
Ask three individuals who you know well, whose opinion you trust, and who want to see you succeed to act as references on your behalf. We will contact references of strong candidates. These references must be able to provide specific examples, anecdotes, and evidence of your unique skills and accomplishments.
A few things to keep in mind as you choose references:
We care much more about the content of the relationship than the title of the reference.
Ideally, one reference should be your most recent program director or manager. The references may be academic or professional.
Reference calls will be conducted in English.
The last step in the application process is to submit your video. Your video provides us with the chance to meet you but will be reviewed separately from the rest of your application materials. In your video, respond to the following prompt: Please tell us one project you conceptualized and built a prototype for, with additional details.
